If you found out you teen vandelising how would you punish him/her

I would make them work, (around the house etc..) until I felt they made enough to pay for the vandalizing! good question +4

I would certainly have them repair the damage they have caused, but other than that, i don't believe in punishing children or teens for anything they do that does not harm the life of another. ~ I believe encouraging them to be more responsible and interacting with them in positive ways will see them slowly and surely correct their own behavior mistakes and help them find a higher moral standard to strive toward :)
