I wear one in the fall after a sweaty bike ride to avoid the chill. I kind of like the noise. It makes you sound like you're doing something. I like to swing my arms too because it raises the decibel level.

I kind of like them. I mostly wear them at home but sometime I wear them running or I'll wear them for casual clothes if I dont feel like wearing regular clothes that day. They can be kinda embarassing but I dont think anybody really cares.
