Well yes because they are mentally disabled. I assume you mean people with down syndrome or autism. They are not mentally capable of grasping the same things as us, and therefore should be treated differently, in my opinion. I know some people are going to give me ridiculous scenarios 'oh what if they kill someone?' and to avoid a fight, my opinion stands.
