I have been to a few gay clubs with my gay friends. A straight guy makes a great wingman for a gay guy at a gay club. Wasn't bad. The music was not exactly my type, but the drinks were good, and everyone was very polite.

I am straight with some gay friends. When we travel on business or on vacation, I will sometimes go with them to a gay friendly club. I like it fine....occasionally I have been hit on and I just smile and say I'm straight and I am with my friends. No problem.

I am a straight male who has two bisexual female friends, and have accompanied them to lesbian and gay clubs. Found the people to be friendly, almost without exception, and found it refreshing to be in a gay bar where there was none of the undercurrent of aggression that you get among straight men.

I have been to a gay bar with my husband - our daughter was dating a lad whose gay father owned the bar. It was one of the friendliest pubs I have ever been in - no aggression, nobody staring at others because they were not locals....everyone having a good time ;0)

well i am straight, and i used to go to gay clubs when i lived in South Africa, mainly because i had lots of gay friends, they were the best clubs ever - i absolutely loved them. My hubby and i usually go to the gay bar next to the theatre when we visit Edinburgh to see a show as the decor is fantastic and the staff are amazing, i find i get on extremely well with gay men and i love their sense of humour!

I'm straight and I LOVE gay clubs!!!! There's just a different attitude about it then other clubs. You can be yourself and nobody judges you. That and I dont have to worry about some guy hanging all over me all night! lol
