  • Yes they can. They would live near the surface of the water. I think the mating of an albatross and a sea bass procreated the first flying fish. ;)

  • they could be a duck, or a pelican... or one of those birds that look like water snakes becasue they have reallly long necks and swim under the water, a shag i think they are called... yer a shag and a fish would be a great couple, they could live in an underwater castle. like the little mermaide did! but the shag would have to come up for air quite often. i hope the shag doesnt eat porr little miss fishy one day
  • +5. I spend much time watching the birds and I can tell you that it is a one sided love. The seaguls love fish. So much that they dive down, eat them and put them all the way inside their bodies, now that is love
