Huh huh ha! A lots of! It sometimes really tough to handle them; but what I do then and all the time is to hear his/her sayings, try to guess what s/he expects and devise that. If there's any better way I know, I just say, "Ya, you're quite right. But what do you think doing that....? Is't it a better way...for....?" I try to understand them and this is why they value my opinions and think I'm their best friend and fully trustworthy; I think I am.
