Do you think the use of skinny, attractive models in advertising causes individuals to become more body conscious? I am researching advertising for a case study in Media and would love to know your opinions! Thank you :)

I think, in my opinion, that todays youth will do whatever the celebrities are doing. If they are wafer thin, how they do their hair, etc. I don't think commercial models are so much of an impact on their audience anymore.
