Pike Place Market is a must. Be sure to duck when someone orders fresh fish.

I love Seattle. I grew up there and miss it very much. Pike Place market is a great place to go. Seattle Center has the Space Needle and you can travel downtown, on the bus, for free. You could go out to Snoqualmie Falls or walk the perimeter of Green Lake. If you have time you could take a ferry or just walk the water front. Pioneer Square is fun or the International District. You could go catch a Seahawks or Mariners game or you could go to South Center (just over the hill from Sea-Tac) and go shopping or see a movie. You could take the Monorail, that runs from downtown to Seattle Center. The Space Needle and the Monorail were built for the 1962 World's Fair. Or you could go visit the Smith Tower that was the tallest building west of the Missippi at one time. They used to have dances, 60 years ago, at the top of the Smith Tower. Seattle also has lots of great seafood places. If you have time, there used to be a great place called "Salty's" out at Alki Beach. You could also go on the Underground Seattle tour. Seattle was originall built at sea-level but after the great fire, they raised the city. Now you can step back into time on this tour.
