I think sweet but at times, the bitter is slowly trying to work it's way in. So, my point is that I am aware of it and will try my best to guard against being bitter because I wouldn't want to live that way.

Well, my last girlfriend told me that I'm bitter in the morning and/or after I've drank several glasses of iced tea (I love iced tea), but I'm less bitter if I drink lots of water.
