First of all stop doing what you are doing. That is, playing silly games with your child.Let go of your anger toward him and do whatever you have to do to keep the child happy.Seeing him is part of that.Do not play his silly games, and keep your side of the street clean.

....Im not really sure what you are saying, but print off the emails...and any other verbal agreements you have, and go see a lawyer for some advice. first off though, both of you need to cut the crap. Its your kids life you are talking about, NOT YOURS. Whatever issues you 2 may have had in the past, may have in the future...or are going through right now, get over it...its all crap, and means nothing. Gives your children the life they deserve. A Drama free life, without issues between the parents, that is prolly why you got divorced in the first place eh?

If the visits are court ordered then the pick up location should be in that document. If there is no court order and you have custody then he needs to pick them up where ever you want. As you don't have any legal obligation to allow visits at all. Not saying what is the right or wrong thing to do. Just what is the legal view.
