I operate a small book publishing firm, working with new authors of all types of work. I want some good ideas for attracting new works for submission. Some of the authors of the works may be offered cash advances on projected sales.

Contact some writer's clubs... they often share info with each other about how to get their work published, and your contact info would be a hot topic.
