I dont think so but im not 100% sure. I listen to the radio the whole time im playing and play pretty stealthy.

I never had an issue with it and I played the game from the super stealthy sniper angle.

Nope, it doesn't matter if you're listening to the radio. It's like it's being beamed directly into your character's brain.
