  • antarctican
  • Penguinese.
  • As Antartica is an internationally controlled continent and doesn't have an indigenous population it isn't a Country or Nation Besides whatever your parents are you are. If your parents are japanese and you are born in china you are still japanese.
  • Short answer: None. (Unless Antarctica will be inhabited by more people and will develop its culture, etc. along with an establishment of a sovereign nation) Long answer: Your national identity is determined by your life and where you live and what you identify yourself with (culture, language, style, music, etc.), whereas a citizenship is a documented tie with a country and government which enables that particular government to tax you, draft you, and give you certain rights within their borders, etc. From what I know, Antarctica has several different zones (Russian, American, etc.) So I guess if you are born on American territory, like John McCain in the Panama Canal Zone when it was still U.S. territory, you have a right to a U.S. citizenship. I don't know about citizenship laws of the other countries, but that's what would happen to a person born on American Antarctic territory. Now if you were raised there what nationality would you be? lol, beats me, man, sounds like a great question for answerbag, use it if you wanna.
