Is there a way to modify an Xbox to play Sega Dreamcast games?

No sorry that's just impossible, Apples and oranges my friend. Biggest problem is different BIOS. Playing Dreamcast games on a computer is another story, I can play PS games using an emulator. They simulate the system using a virtual machine. They emulator programs are legal but the bios aren't and are hard to come by, Search for Dreamcast emulators and find one right for you, You can play the games off your dvd drive. Dont ask about BIOS to get anyone in trouble. if you have a nice graphics card and dvd player it is all possible. This is to assume you have a dreamcast and maybe its broken or your just adventuring. Otherwise its all illegal.

If you have a chipped xbox, and can find an emulator (which IS ILLEGAL) that works on the xbox, you are ready to go.

No you cant. If you could it would be with an emulator but I am pretty sure there is not one out there.

Not that I have heard of, however, you can flash a Dreamcast to read Xbox games. Ever play Halo on a Dreamcast?
