    Burek, it is a Macedonian dish, it's a pie crust filled with combinations of ham, feta cheese, spinach and ground beef-I leave out the ground beef though.

    Italian...pastas, particularly with Alfredo sauces.
    French...all...with light flavorful sauces.

    In both cases, I love the flavor garlic...though not overpowering.
