Any mechanics out there??: Do you need to remove the dashboard to change the evaporator on the A/C for a 2000 Hyundai Elantra?

I would almost guarantee you need to remove the dash. I'm not a mechanic, so you may want a second opinion if you can't find a Chiltons manual.
