I WANT TO KNOW ANATOMICALLY NOT AS A MATTER OF OPINION IF MEN HAVE ONE LESS RIB THAN WOMEN?

    No they do not.

    Such is an urban legend. Traceable back to the Genesis creation account. Which also assumes that men had an equal number of ribs to women, before the "removal".

    No, it is flat out not true. Males and females have equal numbers of ribs on both sides. Nary a one is missing from the male.
