  I have a trip to Paris planned with my parents, girlfriend and her daughter (9yo). Recently we found out that my father has prostate cancer and will need to undergo radiation treatment. He wont be able to come. Should the rest of us still go? My father has my brother and sister who will be able to support him while we are gone.   Any ideas on what this movie might be. The movie is set in some ancient/old times, where a man was exchanging messages with his lover using carrier pigeons, and then when finally he arrived at her country to meet her, another woman used magic to decieve him into loving her, afterwards he was killed but the truth was told to his true lover and when she knew the that he always loved her the things were out of his hand, she went to the boat that his body was kept in and while the soldiers were throwing fire sticks on the boat that is filled with ashes to burn his body, she then appears inbetween this fire and fires a sword through her stomach to die alongside him.   So, an awesome woman and I have had this relationship/ friendship thing going on for about three years now. Its been wonderful, but rather confusing. At first, we had bad timing around one another (as far as trying to date goes) as time went on, we found that we shared many tender moments. Everything we had done together was non sexual and rather blissful. Almost picturesque romance style. Unfortunately, she hit some bad times and things got hectic for us both.
