I have no financial woes, 10 million would allow me to retire early in style. There is no tax on lotto winnings in Canada.

Assuming I must pay taxes on it, about $5,000,000 should take care of me with an enjoyable lifestyle.

I figure with $200,000 I could build an investment portfolio that'd keep me happy for life. Prolly my kids, too.

Anything over one hundred thousand dollars would be enough for me. I know a good legal 36% per year investment, and an extra $36,000.00 per year would be just enough of an add on to set me up.

    £26k - student debt gone
£40k - would *just* about support me through my Phd

Thats all I'd need... I can set myself up for life after that. (Perhaps another £30k to go towards a house deposit - although that may be a little too greedy!!)

Whatever amount of money someone has, they will always want more.

Have you ever known someone to say "I'm rich enough, don't give me any more money"?

I make good money. So I am happy the way I am. If I managed my money better I would have more. But I like to have nice things. I don't owe anyone any money. So I am happy.
