Better, no. Luckier, yes.

Absolutely not. I believe that I have more opportunities than some people in those countries but by no means am I better.

No. Do I feel obligated, as a person of relative "priviledge" to help others where and when I can? Yes, absolutely.

Not at all, we are all created equal. We may live different lifestyles and in different geographical locations but that doesn't make one better than the other.
