Who are you? Al Roker? Just kidding! Here in Boston, we have just banned possession of cell-phones, while working, for trolley and bus operators, after a subway driver rear-ended a stopped train because he was TEXTING! Not just talking, but texting. Last fall another driver rear-ended a train while on the phone and was killed.
