Where can I find help developing an environmentally beneficial invention that I have, without being tied up with bogus scams? Should I approach a university, big business or private investers or what?

depends on your invention. i mean if its something related to plants then you should submit it to some Botanical University or something. could be more specific of what exactly you have invented? no need to give me full info. just what it is suppose to be. but if you wanna keep it private, then no probs. it would help a lot if you tell though.but i am not forcing you.
