I have found that manufacturers vary so widely in THEIR considerations of size that I don't trust THEIR measurements! So. . .consequently. . .I DON'T order on-line for that reason!

Bust Measurement - Place thumb or finger beneath tape measure when taking bust measurement. Waist Measurement - To find your waist, bend to one side, deepest wrinkle is your waist. Measure waist to closest half inch Hip Measurement - Measure hip width. Compare your measurements to those of the dress style that you are interested in. Please note that designers cut differently from normal street clothes, so you may measure into a size you normally do not wear. When choosing a dress size, be sure that all of the dress measurements are the same or higher than yours. For example, if your waist measurement is 33", make sure the dress size you choose has a waist of 33" or higher. It is easier for a tailor to take a dress in than to let it out.
