Ringnecks arent great talkers. You'll get a few words from him most likely not much more. Start with hello. Over and over and over. He can also easily say "I love you" As for his biting thats too envolved to get into here. Purchase a book by Sally Blanchard. She is a parrot Psychologist. She will explain the best ways to train your bird. Do as she says it really works. Remember with birds. Patience Patience Patience.
