No one 'reigns supreme'. Why do you assume that someone must?

No one reigns supreme. The assumption that the absence of a god leaves a gap to be filled is fallacious.

our little puny minds aren't capable of coming up with the means to investigate nor understand such concepts yet, for now the guy in the sky is the best answer for some and others can only claim to know nothing or claim there is no supreme ruler..but the fact is no one knows..it could be a god of some kind, some being more powerful than us, some alien race that is far more advanced, or if you want to look at it in other terms, something say like the Holographic Universe theory, there is no supreme ruler, everything in the universe is made up of atoms, all containing the elements of each other so all are one in the same..we are the universe, the universe is us and everything in it linked and part of the whole..so there is no supreme ruler, there is only everythin and everything is all one part of one whole...or maybe another view that there really is nothing, only I exist and everything I view and perceive to exist is only my own innder perceptions projected outwardly, then I guess that would make me the supreme ruler because everything else doesn't exist, only I do. I myself being nothing more than a receiver able to pick up a signal broadcast on this frequency and tuned into to this dimension, which I shape in my own image

Common sense should reign supreme but sadly does not.

...Well the new thing these days is "YOU" rain supreme. Its the "secret" that everyone is finding out. That we are all in control of our own lives by the energy we create. Making things happen for ourselves. Well...That sounds all kindza dandy n all. But...Its not for me, and I dont wanna be in control of my life. That would be scary.
