  • I like horation because his character comes across a strong person but caring . So far this character has gone threw alot and keeps on going
  • Grissom is and will always be the "Bugman" and focus on almost every case (except "Gentle, Gentle") with objectivity. Nothing unusual about that. Horatio is always the one that makes the promises of discovering the truth to the family. He is always humanitarian. Mac is...well, Mac. In my opinion, every one is the number one for each CSI series.
  • Horratio is so INTENSE. I find it hilarious. I pick him.
  • Grissom all the way! He is so much more interesting, plus that whole thing with Sara? Hawt.
  • My personal favorite is Horatio. It's amazing how he can be so creepy sometimes.
  • I like Gil, The original and still the best in my opinion. For those Horatio fans here you'll see......(dramatic pause, puts on sunglasses).... some opening one liners.
  • Well, I think the original´s always the best. Grissom is the number one and will always be the "bugman".
  • Gil, because he has been around the longest and projects a very nice personality. Mac is my second choice. I like David Caruso as an actor, but I don't like "Horatio". He looks kind of weird...
  • HERATIO!! LOL
  • I wish to hell Horatio Caine had been my dad. Powerful, intelligent and compassionate- much better than the parent I got stuck with...
  • They are all good in their own way, however Grissom will always be number one!
  • I'd like to lead them all to the unemployment line, especially David Caruso the spokesman for the B Actors Guild, made big. Talk about the most annoying and irritating voices possible. I hate crime drama shows because I hate the police. They only know how to harass and arrest.
  • The original: Grissom of course!
  • i am hot for Lt. Dan
  • Grissom is the man! Those eyes! That grin! That dimple in his chin! :-D
  • grissom is the best,i got hooked on csi on the episode of fur and loathing in las vegas.
  • Grissom. He looks credible as a scientist. Horatio is just weird. He's not belieavable as a science/technical person. Does he have a mental disorder? He rarely looks people in the eye. When he's talking with people, either his body or his head is turned sideways so that he's look on the side (or looking downwards). What's up with that? The way he delivers his lines is too theatrical, it comes out creepy comedic. Fortunately, I'm too much of a crime case buff to be distracted by Horatio's weirdness. I just wish they'd take him off the show.
  • Grissom is #1. He's more emotional than the others, and even when he's berating someone for screwing up, they know he cares. Mac is a close #2. He show emotions subtly, but you can tell they're there. He cares deeply about the science involved and making sure they prove all they need to have proved, but also cares about his people. Horatio is #3, simply because of his quirks and delivery. The character DOES seem to be melodramatic, but that may be because he is compassionate to a fault and wants his lab to speak for the victims. The things with the sunglasses and the shots they use of him drive me crazy, but I like that he IS different from the others. Has anyone else noticed, though, that Miami's show seems a bit more ... sci-fi than the others? Gil's lab seems to be more old-school. Mac's is a few steps up. But H's lab is close to Bones' on the old Star Trek at times! These ARE my favorite shows, followed closely by the Law & Orders, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and Numb3rs.
  • Grisham. I love him. He is the O.G.
  • Grissom he seems to be the best one there is
  • Mac is the best! I love CSI NY!
