Cell phone.. I haven't had a drivers license since 1994, but I have to work so I drive carefully instead of driving like everyone else better get out of my way like many fools do. Cell phones I don't answer till I'm stopped or occasionally in light traffic I'll use it, but not in heavy traffic. I'm not to wild about causing accidents then pawning the excuse off on a phone. Now I'll catch all the DR's as if they think that will be my civic punishment. LOL
