Years ago I used to go camping by myself at a campground that has a grass field on the ocean just to watch the moon and sunrise and Think about all the Stuff going on in my life.

Yes, I lived on the beach and there was a lovely spot to watch the sunsets from this rocky point. And sometimes I'd wake up at night in go walk along the beach on moonlit nights.

your timing in asking this question was perfect for me. I have never done that...until this weekend. Although I didnt exactly watch the sunset or sunrise, I sat on the beach for a long time by myself. I needed some alone time just to think. It was the perfect opportunity this weekend and it helped to clear my head... A LOT!

Yeah quite often when it is a warm clear night i like to go sit on the sand and listen to waves coming in and just reflect and think about life!
