  • Don't deal directly with the venue. Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
  • How were the tickets advertised in the beginning? Did a set mean two tickets at one price or two tickets for the price of one? This is important. Try to find a paper ad for the concert and read the fine print. also, hold on to it as evidence. Check it out and if you are correct, hold your ground.
  • No, it's a mistake that they have made, they said when internet booking went through, it's gone through twice, I should only have had one booking, which is what I received, yet it is showing twice on my credit card. Basically, I am being charged twice but only received one set, does this make sense!
  • make a copy of your credit card bill and send it with a letter (certified) explaining what happend to the ticket vendor (be polite in your letter, and metion if you've purchased tickets with them before with no problems) also send a copy to your credit card co. if they do not refund your money, you could file a small claim in court if it is worth it. ++
  • Were you charged twice for the same seats or twice for different seats? If it is the first of the two, then ask to speak to a manager not just a sales rep. These places are often large and busy and take for granted that there are mistakes that often work in their favor when they go un noticed. They also become combatent and argumentitive when you call them on their crap! Get your statement and provide them copied proof that you were charged twice for the same seats. They can't despute that! Your credit card company should refund your money without them even being an issue. They will just take it from them and repay you and they go after them...
  • Contact your bank and dispute the transaction. They will reverse it.
