It never mattered to me what my employer expected of me. I always over dress. Simply because it makes me feel better about me. Nor has it ever mattered to me that when I dress causal... I Dress WAY casual! If Im not in the mood to care for anyone else's benefit, I just don't. Like dressing to the 9's to go to the mall. I never understood that.

Right now we are casual in my office. I love it. Normally we are business casual.

I dress as a Fairy. ^_^ Bright colours, wings, tutu, fairy dust, the whole bit. Yes, it's horribly cheesy, but I have fun, and little girls LOVE me. ^_^

Business casual-nice shirt, dress pants, dress shoes. However, no tie and jeans on Friday. You can wear a hawaiian shirt on Hawaiin shirt day. So, you know, if you want to, go ahead and wear a Hawaiian shirt and jeans.

They recently imposed a business casual policy with a stipulation that there would be so such thing as casual Fridays. That's what happens whenever we get a new high-ranking officer or NCO in the facility. Needless to say, morale is not at an all-time high.
