I would say, no. I, it's hard to say. It depends on how much of a risk taker and a rebel you are. Society looks down heavily on a 9th grader and a teacher dating, for whatever reason, and if something actually happens, you might be in a world of hurt. If you tell her and nothing happens, things could be very awkward. If you do say anything, I would wait until you no longer have her as a teacher. And really, it just isn't worth it probably. I would wait until after you graduate.

Wait till class is over, then see how far you can go. If/when she stops, just say your a growing kid who can't control his/her(?) hormones. Piece o' cake.

Heck, most of 'em are still virgins, you won't be able to say that 10 years from now when you'll be 25 now will you? Don't say that to a teacher, date some nice girl who likes you for you.
