Bitterness. It works for some mixed drinks, but other than that, it isn't something I enjoy. Edit: Wow, I read the question as "What is your *least* favorite taste sensation" Oops ;p to answer the actual question, my favorite taste sensation [today] would be sweet, but it can change to salty depending on my mood.

I think salt, since it is in so many foods, and so many foods need it to taste good to me. Even BEER needs salt, right?? :) I don't eat alot of sweet things. And salt is actually a spice...so I like Salt first, and second would come the other spices.

Sweet! I have SUCH a big sweet tooth. It turns out I am an undertaster (strange story, if you care to hear leave me a comment) and I require more flavor to satiate my cravings. Lucky me!

I'm pretty fond of dipping fried chicken into Buffalo sauce, and then pouring some Ranch Style dressing over that and taking a bite. I don't do it often, but it's quite tasty.
