Jonesy is a newb, and has yet to understand how AB and it's collective works. He/She is not the first nor the last to post such absurd and ridiculous things. Ignore it, and it'll go away.

He/she's either testing out the waters, or it's his/her second or third account after getting the boot before. On Yahoo Answers there's a guy who's been booted about 7 times and comes back with the same name just adding the next number on the end and asks the same offensive and useless questions.

I have as yet not encountered JONESY , this being my lunch break, I would imagine they are a new member testing the water or just trying to stir it up to upset people .I would just ignore any offensive questions. Maybe he/she will settle down when they learn how the site works.
