There is no such thing as a 'BBQ Grill'. Barbecuing and grilling are two completely different things. BBQing requires an enclosed, earth-like vessel (such as ceramic), prolonged exposure to smoke, indirect heat, and a long, LONG cooking time (usually in excess of 12 hours). Barbecues are expensive, and most people cannot afford them. Grilling is what most people do, and grills are what they have. And I prefer charcoal. Chunk charcoal. Briquettes are evil. Charcoal adds flavor that propane does not.

All of the above!

I have a small George Foreman on my kitchen counter, and a standing charcoal grill for outdoor.

Ours takes charcoal.
-
Propane gas.

I have both a charcoal AND a George Foreman grill. I like burgers, steaks & chops on the charcoal grill. The George Foreman is great for everything else; brats, hot dogs, pineapple ...
-
All of the above, as each is suited to different purposes. I use the Foreman for quick grilling of vegetables, sandwiches and other smallish items. I use the gas grill for steaks, chops, burgers, fish, certain other vegetables. I use the charcoal (usually with wood added) when I want/need to do true BBQ which requires a low and slow temp and cooking time. I actually have 3 charcoal grills and a charcoal smoker.

Charcoal - don't laugh.

I just bought a George Foreman grill after cooking with propane outdoors for years. The Foreman grill is fantastic and easier for me to use effectively to cook a whole meal using just the grill. I am very happy about the switch to George.
-
charcoal.

I have a stainless steel gas grill. It is very convenient but I like the character and taste off a charcoal grill much better. The gas grill is nice but it feels like cooking in the kitchen without the messy cleanup. I love everything about a charcoal grill.
-
Propane gas grill is what I use most (summer and winter). I also have a small George Foreman, that I rarely use.
-
Propane Gas

I have 2 different George Foreman's for my kitchen countertop (including the original size), and for outdoors I have a gas grill. My brother (who lives upstairs) still has his Weber Kettle charcoal grill.

I have a Primo Kamodo charcoal grill and you can't beat it.

Started as a propane heater, which continually rusted each year, and we kept having problems with the gas, so we removed all that, put a grating (a small grill, actually) in the bottom, and use it as a charcoal grill, now. ;-)
-
We had a gas one but switched to real wood BBQ pit or a charcoal one.
