Not. I like my meat cooked so I know any bacteria has been cooked out of it. I am very cautious of what I ingest.

I do not touch fish that has not been cooked. Raw fish contains worms. Did this make your day?

Only when it is prepared fresh to order with the freshest ingredients. I would never eat it of a buffet line.

I love sushi (vinegar rice) dishes of all kinds, especially makizusushi and inarizushi with shoyu and wasabi, but I'm not as keen on sashimi (raw fish).

Big fan. Maguro is my favorite. Only good on the west coast or in Japan, though.
