Yes I do. Most of the time there is not much that can be done, as it is in the past, and I prefer to be open and honest, so I can fix the problem and learn from it. But I haven't really done anything that caused serious monetary loss.

g'day Bootlace, Thank you for your question. I make sure I fix the problem and own up to my errors. It is much quicker and more efficient to acknowledge the problem and move on. Then I try to make sure that I don't make the same mistake again. Regards
