  • Get an arch support. I have to put those in my shoes bc my arch always cramp up too.
  • There is one thing that comes to mind, but should be checked with your doctor. Potassium, like a banana a day can help with cramps.Sometimes a deficiancy in potassium can cause cramping. ;)
  • ...LoL...Its not as bad as it seems. LoL. Its the tendon in your foot. Occassionally stretch it 2-3 times a day...kinda like the way you would a calf...with it behind you, and your pushing against the wall. Whats happening is that you might not use it enough and it becomes stiff...and when you walk, it pulls on it...causing the middle of your foot to hurt...So stretch stretch stretch, and yeah...arc supports will help alittle...but get to the root. Also make sure you give it a good message too...
