You're generalizing quite a bit here. While some may be "camp," most aren't. That's seems to be a very common stereotype.

Just a sterotype. Most gay men are not.

Not all gay men are "camp". Not all people in general are. People tend to dress in whatever they feel makes them look good. It would be extremely boring for everyone to adopt a "cookie cutter" way of dressing.

Some are. Most aren't. In fact, you probably don't even know 90% of the gay men around you are gay.
