i think it because of the fact that most men are physicly stronger then women , i mean that in the least sexist way possible

Maybe because its hard to force a man to have an erection against his will? Its also pretty hard to force a man to have an erection with a gun to his head? Fear tends to make the equipment not work too well. Rape isn't about sex. Rape is about power and control. Rape is about causing fear.
