Depending on how much time (and money) I have, I do any of the above.
I wash mine at home by hand.
I'm a drive through guy. I don't have the time or patience to do it at home. Plus, it's a 2003 - so, I don't baby it anymore, unfortunately.
I actually do all three...just depends if I have the time or not on to which one I do.
I take my car to the car wash I worked at when I was in high school. Support the cause!!
I drive it through the car wash during the winter months and usually wash it at home during the summer.

None of the above. However, my wife has washed my car on occasion when she just can't stand how dirty it is.
Wash it at home all the time. If it is below 32 degrees in the winter I go thru a car wash.
