    ether online or at a descent retailer like guitar center. other than that it's really up to your preference and the midi device/ software your using, and the interface you have available. if your simply looking for a means of getting sound into your computer I'd go with an M-Audio Oxygen 8 it has both a midi connect and a USB port. personally I use an M-audio keystaion 88 E, the difference being the number of keys. oh and if given the chance, go with something Firewire compatible.
