Power drill...put a power drill in a woman's hands and we'll look for things to drill whether they need it or not. Oh look, I'll hang a picture here and that ceiling needs a hanging plant. Wait, an extra bulletin board here...and maybe I'll just drill a few more holes here in case I want to do latch something there later.... Duct tape is the next most useful thing (to cover up the holes cause I didn't buy the right anchors or putty)

I would have to go with my cordless nail gun. I use my cordless drill way more often, but the nail gun is just cooler.
