Well, from the bias of experience, my first thought would be cancer. But I'd probably dismiss that fairly quickly and go with a geuss that's a bit more conservative. There's always the possibility that she might just be going bald naturally, it's a rather unfair trick of nature, but it can happen.

I would think, if she looked healthy, that she perhaps had some form of Alopecia, although I don't usually speculate about what is wrong with people I see out in public unless it is something very severe looking.

I would think that she's going through chemo or something. I would also think its possible that she has a genetic defect of some kind.

Probably high levels of testosterone, may be she's taking it to treat something, or she just could be a tranny ;)
