  • Baking soda is less abrasive than most toothpastes. I wouldn't take one article by a doctor to mean anything. I've had dentists praise my routine of using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. It was prescribed to me years ago by one dentist when I was a child and I've done it ever since. We don't need toothpaste. Most dentists nowadays are not into prevention like they used to be. They want us coming to them. So be careful what advice to accept from them.
  • Yes I do know one. It is a simply optained product. Hydrogen peroxide. My fater wasput on this for his receding gums as well as peritodtal disease. Combined with brushing with backinbg soda which has the added benefit of whiting teeth. You need to use it regularly, every time you brush. Swish for about 1 minute nad spit out. It toughens gums ;)Please dont swallow!
