How do I cure a swollen upper eyelid?

Me and my friends found these kittens and it didn't have a mother so we took them I pet the kittens and i must have scratched my eye after petting them.

My upper eyelids swell once in a while, found that placing wet chamomile tea bags on them for like 20 mins, reduces swelling and helps kill infections. Aloe vera helps too, but chamomile is better with swelling.
