Whatever one gets the job done. you need to have as wide an arsenal as you possibly. I have the forehand, backhand, shoulder, hammer, tomahawk, thumber, air bounce, hook, and a another random one thats useless in a game. catches you really only have over hand, under hand, and pancake. really you need to learn to catch without looking at it.
