Drink milk (it settles the stomach), and lie on your stomach on a hot water bottle - usually works for me.

The classic upset stomach or heartburn remedy is a half of teaspoon of baking soda and about four onces of water. It is evenon the box of baking soda as well for directions. It works better than all the expensive stomach relief stuff like mylanta, pepto, etc.

Put either a hot water bottle or a heat pack onto your tummy, & curl up in your bed or on a chair in the foetal position, quietly, the heat should ease your poorly tum massaging it now & then. Flat cola is supposed to help too. Hope you feel better soon. x

Depends what the stomach ache is from. I keep Pepto Bismal on hand at all times in my home, it does work wonders - 2 tablespoons every 30 mins if you are an adult, or just follow the directions on the bottle.
