  • I love to make "fried porkchops"....like take some flour, seasonall salt, and pepper...and mix it all up, dunk the chops in some egg...put it in the batter...throw it on the stove with some oil...cook it up, keep the oil...alittle bit, add in some left over batter....mix it up till its thick and golden brown...add some milk, make it thick...stir, add some more milk...(heads on low now)...keep doin that, add some water...thicken it up...and then finally more milk...till its just the right consistancy...Get some taters, mash em all up...add in some cheese...and then take your pork chop gravy...add it on the taters, and stick the pork chop on the plate...some gravy on it too...with some green beans on the side (with bacon, and onion)...MMMMMMMMM SO TASTY!
  • put a tin of crushed tomatoes into a pan, add a garlic clove, a cube of gravy granules, a chopped up union. Leave it to cook for a few minutes and then serve it up on a layer of toasted bread covered in butter. That should brighten her day..!
