Do you time yourself when doing the morning crossword puzzle? What is your best time?

I always do the crossword and in fact I used to time my self: my record was 5 minutes. I solved the word jumble once in less than a minute. As you can see I have too much free time on my hands.

I didn't always time myself, but my record for The Daily Telegraph cryptic crossword was nine minutes.

my best time is 10, 15 mins cuz half of the time i cant do it

No, because I sometimes don't finish it in the morning as my brain isn't fully working yet. Sometimes I go back to them later in the day and fill in answers in two seconds that stumped me earlier. I do time myself doing sudoku though and my best time was 3minutes 10 ten seconds.

I used to back in England. I used to do The Daily Telegraph cryptic crossword every day while I ate my lunch, and my best time was nine minutes.

I have, but I don't every day. I usually take between 10 and 15 minutes. Jumbles take me less than a minute most of the time.
