Pull them aside and tell them that they need to make a decision out of them. they can not play theh game and expect to get away with it. Imagine if it were the other way around. you would not be happy with their significant other cheating on your son or daughter =[

Assuming they're adults, I leave them to their life. If it comes up or I am asked, I will express my opinion. Otherwise it's their life now, not mine. If they're under 18 I would be more likely to express my opinion, but would still not interfere.
